Good afternoon Exiles Rugby Fam, We are excited to be hosting free monthly clinics the 1st Sunday of each month from September through January for both tag and tackle players near Olney, MD. This tackle clinic (ages 10-18) we will be focusing on sprint mechanics, contact confidence, as well as lineout work for our forwards. For this tag clinic (ages 5-16), we will be focusing on sprint and passing mechanics. We will end both of our clinics in a scrimmage. Our aim for these clinics this fall is to provide beginner and intermediate clinics to help make RugbyMD players faster, increase their Rugby IQ and better tacklers.   Please RSVP by this Saturday at 5pm on pitchero.
