MDX continues to improve and build towards the future

The defense in the first half was spectacular, and a very good Roosters team that has been winning every match only managed to clear our defense twice. However, while our defense was dramatically improved, we struggled with our ability to retain possession in lineouts and scrums. In the second half we improved and were able to move the ball through the hands to score twice and level the score.

The highlight of the day was not rugby related. Leander Green's mom is a Chiropractor in Olney, and she did an adjustment on my knee that everyone on the sidelines could hear. It really helped me
