Maryland Exiles win first league match

The Maryland Exiles dominated the first ten minutes of the game. Mitchel Mbanong and Spencer Newman were rewarded with excellent tries. Dawson MacKay hit one of the conversions. The penalties swung the momentum in the favor of West Carroll. Despite outstanding defense led by Owen Caverly, West Carroll was able to touch down a converted try. Keagan O'Connell stepped up and scored a great try that was converted by Dawson. However, West Carroll had the answer and scored another converted try just before the half. In the second half, the Exiles came out and increased the intensity of our performance. Keagan O'Connell scored his second try of the evening taking a brilliant pass from Spencer. Dawson MacKay touiched down our final try. Final Score: Maryland Exiles 29 West Carroll 14.
