Schedule of practices and coaches -- Excellent for players that want to improve their skill level

Players who sign up will get a a master class in understanding how the game flows, and how knowing the skills can fit into that.

Registration is still open for the Girls and Boys Rugby Maryland Academy 2018. It is for all levels of players, we separate players into groups based on experience to help them get the best out of the program.

Here is the outline of the curriculum, including the list of guest coaches.

Session 1, Sunday September 23

Catch/Pass, Support, Communication, Unit Cohesion and Concussion Awareness

Session 2, Sunday September 30

Getting confident in contact, decision making under pressure
